Refund and Cancellation Policy -

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES 2023

The tour can be modified at no cost with a minimum of 30 days notice during office hours and subject to reconfirmation and verification of availability for the modification via email; otherwise, penalties will apply as follows:

Modification 29 to 15 days prior to the tour date: 25% of the total service cost.
Modification 14 to 5 days before the tour: 50% of the service cost.
Modification 5 days to 24 hours before the tour date: 75% of the service cost.
Modification on the same day of the tour: 100% of the service cost.
Modifications due to delays of the La Paz-Rurrenabaque Bus for reasons beyond the customer’s control incur no additional cost.
Modifications due to flight cancellations or rescheduling incur no additional cost.
Modifications due to illness on the same day of the tour (upon presentation of a medical certificate and prescription) incur a cost of 25% of the total service cost.

Indigena Tours does not accept CANCELLATIONS of services, only modifications to the service date.
If the cancellation of the requested service is not notified within the specified time frame in point 1, no refund will be issued.
If the passenger did not confirm a pickup time and location to start the services, they must report to Indigena Tours offices (Rurrenabaque) by 8:45 a.m. at the latest; otherwise, the provisions in item 1 will apply as appropriate. The departure time for groups is at 9:00 a.m.
