Posted on Google Irena AtanasovaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. this is the only tour company that works with indigenous people and contributes to the local communities!!! they are super sweet, very accommodating and they would really go the extra mile to help you in anyway they can. the tour is led only by professionalists, who really care about the animals, know their scientific names, tell you super interesting facts and most importantly, don't feed them. we had the single best ornithologist in bolivia guiding us (and he's from an indigenous community!!). highly recommend!!!Posted on Google Aidan MillsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We just completed the 4 day 3 night Pampas and Jungle Tour with Indigena. Immediately from the pick up to the airport, the entire tour was amazing and very well organized. Our guides Obi and Sandro were both incredible and had a wealth of knowledge for the areas, people, plants and animals. They were both indigenous from Madidi and spoke great English. Some of the profits from the tours goes back into providing health and education services for their communities, which is a very meaningful bonus. The tour had two dedicated cooks, one for the pampas and another for the Jungle and they made every meal special and very delicious! Accommodations in both areas were clean, well kept and exceeded our expectations. We truly had an incredible time with Indigena and highly suggest this tour company to anyone looking for an authentic and genuine Pampas/Jungle experience.Posted on Google Alexis GeeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My partner and I did a 2 nights pampas/ 1 night jungle tour with Indigena and couldn’t have had a better, more authentic experience. Our guides Obi and Sandro were local indigenous guides who were so knowledgeable about the plants, animals and history. They spoke great English and were so informative. They were incredibly respectful of the animals unlike some other tour companies. We ate amazing food, even fresh donuts one morning! The accommodations were very comfortable and we felt truly cared for by all the staff. Finally, another amazing reason to choose Indigena is that a portion of the profits goes directly to helping the local indigenous communities have access to services like education and healthcare. I cannot recommend this company and experience enough!!Posted on Google Tobias MichlerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Danke an Teresa! Posted on Google Nicola ZingrafTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Google CJ PTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There are no words that weigh up to the service that Indigena tours provided us. First of all, the tour was amazing from start to end. Our guide Ovi was professional, licensed and an absolute animal enthousiast that took the time to find animals, share his knowledge and answer all our questions. As well as being very open to conversations and getting to know each other. He was the first at all places and as I said really took the time, nothing was rushed and he really let you take in the special moment. Other boats just drove by quickly while we were looking at sloths for example. An extremely important thing as well is that there was respect for the animals and no feeding and touching involved (other companies did do that!!). The lodge was beautiful. Beds were soft and comfortable, food was amazing and different every meal, cold shower was a blessing due to the hot temperatures and humidity in the Pampas. The lodge was surrounded by monkeys and the views on the river were incredible. I was quite sad to leave the place as it was so special to wake up to the sounds of howler monkeys, birds and other sounds of the jungle. And then I cannot tell you how thankful we are with the help of Indigena tours during the road blockades and cancelled flights which was why we couldn’t leave Rurrenabaque. They were always making calls, keeping us up to date, took us to the airport and back to our hostel multiple times, stayed in contact with the airline. I have never experienced such amazing service and involvement from a company. If you want to be in good hands, experience and see as much as possible from the Pampas, sleep in a beautiful and comfortable lodge, eat fresh and good food and experience the best service ever: go for Indigena tours. To the whole team that helped us out so much, we really couldn’t thank you enough. ❤️Posted on Google Elise CTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked the 5 day tour of the jungle and pampas. The agency organised our pick up and drop off at the bus station, even when we only started the tour a day later. Both our guides, Sandro and Herman, were knowledgeable and very nice. The food was also delicious. A very unique experience overall.Posted on Google Frank PageTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What an amazing 3 day tour we has with Indigena in Las Pampas. Everything was spot on. The organisation was perfect from getting picked up at the airport on arrival and dropped off at the end even though we had a night in a hostel. Obi our guide was phenomenal - every other group was 6/7 people but with Indigena its just 2/3 of you which made it much more personal. Obi was extremely knowledgeable and we were always first to a location where the other boats we later, and he went very slowly allowing you to take in and see as much wildlife as possible, unlike the others that seemed to whizz along. The accommodation was so nice you get a private hut with a toilet and the food in the lodge is absolutely delicious, every meal was very sizeable. The whole team is so friendly and really made the tour feel special as someone thats never been in this environment before. 100% would recommend if youre looking to do Las Pampas, you pay probably £20 more than the other tours and experience seems to be miles better.Posted on Google MikeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
