Company were very responsive via WhatsApp, answered all our queries and even booked our flights to and from Rurrenabaque. Herman our guide was amazing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always went the extra mile to make our trip memorable as possible. The lodges are in a nice quiet part of the river and are super clean and well equipped. Food was also great.Posted on Google Carlos DelgadoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a fantastic time on the 5 day/4 night combined Pampas tour and Madidi jungle tour. Firstly, the Pampas tour involves a lot of boating along the Yacuma River which had amazing scenery. we saw lots of birds and animals not just on the river but also on the way to the river. Our guide Alex was very informative and enthusiastic. The lodge consists of 3 cabins and is very beautifully set out, very private. When we travelled up and down the river on numerous times we saw other lodges and the Indigena pampas lodge was the best. The food at the lodge was very tasty and extremely generous in the portions. There is WiFi at the lodge. The Madidi Jungle tour is totally different, you are deep in the jungle. We did some light trekking in the jungle and it was an unforgettable experience. We have been to the jungle in Borneo but this was much more dense and raw. Rigoberto our guide had so much knowledge and passion for the jungle. He was great, as was his imitation animal and bird sounds he used to attract them. The accommodation is quite rustic as you would expect being so deep in the jungle, but it's comfortable enough with a private bathroom. I highly recommend doing the Madidi jungle tour. Indigena tours have a maximum of 6 people, we saw many tours in the Pampas with much larger groups. Also Indigena tours do not combine their tours with other companies to fill up spaces. We were lucky and ended up just being the 2 of us on both the jungle and pampas tours. Do yourself a favour and do the jungle and pampas tours for the complete unforgettable experience.Posted on Google Tom SchoenmakersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Indigena and Ovi for the amazing Pampas tour. Everything was well organised, the food was great, and the tour was tailored to our preferences. We saw beautiful animals in its own habitat and raw nature in its finest. The accomodation was great. Despite being in the midst of the jungle, inside the accomodation was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the 3d2N Pampas tour for everyone who would like to experience the Amazone in a nice and relaxing way.Posted on Google 曹永魁Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Google Sufen LinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to take this chance to say thank-you note. The travel agent helped book our flight to La Paz with ETD 9:20am on Feb 9th. Due to the bad weather, the flight was cancelled. Before the official cancelling notice, the travel agent contacted us and gave us assurance, he would do his all affort to assist our transporaton to the next stop, Copacabana. It was a so long trip. Without his great assistance, our trip to Copacabana could not be so smooth. Thank you for it's great service.Posted on Google lydia kangTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Its service was fantastic. We The travel agent offered great service after our flight cancelled due to foggy weather. The travel agent helped with the transportation to Copacabana by the private driver who also offered great service. Without their great service, our travel could not be as smooth as we planned. Again, we were lucky to choose this travel agent with excellent service.Posted on Google Nienke GeessinkTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Geweldige 3-daagse ervaring. Posted on Google India RoseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the most incredible experience with Indigena Amazon Tours and cannot recommend them highly enough. What makes this company truly special is their genuine support of local Indigenous communities in the Amazon — they go above and beyond to give back and operate responsibly. Days 1–3: Madidi National Park Our time in Madidi National Park was unforgettable. Sandro was our guide and an expert bird watcher — his knowledge was invaluable, and we absolutely loved learning from him. Our first night at camp we were surrounded by spider monkeys, which was very special. The accommodation was right in the heart of the jungle. The bed was comfortable, mosquito nets were in excellent condition, and we had hammocks outside our roomy to relax in between activities. Mimi, our cook, was amazing! She prepared delicious gluten-free meals every day without any issue. We felt completely safe and so well cared for by the entire team. Days 3–5: Pampas In the Pampas, Nelson was our guide — super friendly and great at spotting wildlife. Theresa cooked really tasty meals, and Jose ensured our accommodation was perfect, with mosquito nets in great condition. Exploring the Pampas was an absolute highlight. The standout moment was swimming with the pink dolphins with Nelson and Jose — truly unforgettable. We were lucky enough to be the only guests booked on our dates, which meant we had around 45 minutes with the dolphins before another boat arrived which has 7 people. Having a smaller team/group It made the experience feel even more special and intimate. Indigenous only takes maximum of four people per tour, which is another great thing about the company. This was a fantastic, well-organised experience from start to finish. A company with heart, incredible guides, delicious food (including excellent gluten-free options), and unforgettable wildlife encounters. Highly, highly recommend!Posted on Google Ellie KeenanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an amazing experience with indigena tours, they really looked after us the whole time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make our experience better! From the driver to our tour guide (Hermam) to the staff at reception it was a really nice experience. We seen so many animals and caught so many piranhas when fishing! The food was amazing, the lady that cooked for us and the house keeper was really lovely and helpful too. Highly recommend 5 stars!!
