I am absolutely grateful for this amazing experience! We had a beautiful stay in the cabin right in the nature. The guide was very lovely and correct, and also spoke English. The food was the best we had in the whole country. And if this wouldn't be enough, mother earth made us a big present. Visiting a Jaguar drinking from the river was the highlight of this trip. Also important to say is, that Indigena Tours is one of the few Tour providers that does not feed the animals to get them near the boat, so that the tourists can do better photos. By supporting Indigena Tours you support an appropriate dealing with the ecosystem!

Wir haben die 3-tägige Pampas Tour gemacht. Bismar war unser Guide. Er war super nett und hat die Tour an unsere persönlichen Vorlieben angepasst. Er konnte alle unsere Fragen beantworten und kennt sich sehr gut mit den Tieren und den Pampas aus. Er hat die Natur die ganze Zeit sehr respektvoll behandelt. Die Lodge liegt tiefer in den Pampas, als die meisten anderen. Dadurch war es angenehm ruhig und wir konnten auf dem Weg noch mehr Tiere bewundern. Die Lodge ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns bei den Übernachtungen sehr wohl gefühlt. Mückenschutz ist an Bett und am Eingang vorhanden. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Wir hatten immer verschiedene Sachen zur Auswahl und es war immer mehr Essen da, als wir essen konnten.

Best tour company we’ve ever used!! Such a professional and well organised company. Our guide Jaime was great, fabulous knowledge of everything, really friendly, and made us feel extremely comfortable. Teresa was a fabulous chef and her food was some of the best we’ve had on our travels! An ethical company that respect the wildlife! The accommodation really pleasantly surprised us- it was so nice!!

We did the 3 day 2 night Pampas tour with Indigena tours. We had an absolutely incredible time. Our guide always made us feel safe whilst providing us with the most amazing experiences. We saw alligators, caimans, multiple monkey species, a tucan, turtles, capybaras and many birds on our 3h canoo ride to the jungle camp. We were only four people on the tour and each couple had a small hut to themselves. The accommodation was very nice and clean. Moreover, Indigena Tours cooked gluten-free meals for me (I have celiac disease) throughout the trip and I never got sick. The cook even prepared small donuts and pancakes made of corn flower and they were amazing. On day 2, we searched (and found two) for snakes in the swamp. In the afternoon, we went Piranha fishing. Again, our guide took great care of us. Overall, this was the best organized and most enjoyable tour we did on all our travels in Peru and Bolivia. The agency also went out of their way to help us book backup flights and then a van from Rurrenabaque to La Paz because all outgoing flights were cancelled. I cannot recommend this agency enough.

My husband and I booked the 3d/2n pampas tour with Indigena Tours and are more than happy that we did!!! From the start, the communication has been quick and good, also in English. Everything was well organised! Jaime was our guide and Theresa was our chef and both were amazing!!! Jaime is an incredibly experienced guide with loads of knowledge about the area (was even taught by the indigenous people themselves), takes you to the most beautiful places to spot wildlife (with a lot of respect for the animals and nature!) and has a great sense of humour! Theresa is such a great cook that we asked her to come live with us! Unfortunately for us, she didn’t, so you still have the chance to taste her incredibly tasty food! Her food is so delicious, we can’t even find the words to describe it! Muchas gracias Jaime y Theresa para un tour PERFECTO!!! 🙏🏻

Wij deden de 3 daagse pampas tour en zijn erg tevreden. Onze gids Bismar nam ons mee naar de beste plekjes op de rivier. Vooral het piranha vissen vonden wij erg fijn! Ook het eten in onze lodge was uitgebreid en lekker! Weinig last gehad van muggen in onze hut. Ik raad Indigena Tours aan! 🐍🎣🛖🐬🐊

Bismar was a great guide, for example he found the best secluded piranha spot where other tours were in crowded places. Cook was great. Loads and loads of good food. lodges where basic but clean and properly closed off for mosquitos. The lodge is the furthest one on the river, this means a further boat ride the first and last day but you are more secluded and closer tot the points of interest. All in all very worth the price!

Vi har haft en helt fantastisk oplevelse med firmaet indígena. Vi kom til at bruge dem via vores danske rejseselskab der bookede en tur til pampassen hjemmefra. Meget professionelt, ordentlig og venligt personale, der tog godt imod os. Vi følte os trygge og godt behandlet. De lånte os gummistøvler til pampas turen, og de (glamping)hytter vi boede i var virkelig lækre. Og maden var god! Vores guide Victor var meget dygtig og kyndig ift dyrelivet. Vi så en masse og han var meget behagelig. Da vi kom tilbage til Rurrenabaque blev vores fly aflyst 2 gange. Vi kontaktede indígena om hjælp til vores alternative muligheder via WhatsApp, og fik svar inden for få minutter. Her var indígena meget behjælpelig med at finde en dagstur i junglen til os, og til sidst at arrangere privat transport til La Paz, da vi ikke kunne vente på ny flyafgang. Helt perfekt! Vi vil til hver en tid anbefale dette firma, hvis du er i Rurrenabque. Gode oplevelser og virkelig god kundeservice.
